Your missions

As part of our Swiss HR team, you will support the business and the organization as a professional working across the HR Administration function. Your role will encounter but will not be limited to the following:

  • Participate as assigned in working with Senior HR team members for the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.

  • Provide reports and analyzes as requested by Senior Management.

  • Operate as first point of contact for HR related queries and work in conjunction with senior members of the HR team and line management on issues.

  • Personnel administration in close collaboration with the authorities (e.g. supporting with regards to Social Insurance/AHV/BVG)

  • Organize work permits for new joiners and employees.

  • Manage the reference letters process in close collaboration with line managers.

  • Work in close collaboration with the pension fund broker.

  • Ensure the completion of assigned projects in due time.

Your Profile

  • Higher education in Human Resources or comparable Legal/Paralegal education.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Business Partner or Specialist role within a complex multinational environment.

  • Sound knowledge of local and relevant laws, employee benefit programs and regulations.

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proven attention to details.

  • Good problem solving, judgment and decision making skills.

  • Good organization and project management skills.

  • Good presentation and counselling skills.

  • Fluent in English and German.
