Summary:

Responsible for ensuring all aspects of recruitment administration/coordination are carried out in a professional, timely and efficient manner and in line with internal processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support of the function.

What you do?Prepare all necessary interview and assessment paperwork and ensuring this is provided to managers ahead of scheduled assessmentEnsure Workday system is updated to record interview details and relevant commentsEnsure full communication is provided to relevant team members and other stakeholders on changes or updates on candidates status/interviewsFollow up with Hiring Managers to ensure that all interview/assessment notes are collated, explaining the importance of the collection of this documentationBe involved in and action Workday changes as requested and run recruitment reports as necessaryAssist with other related recruitment duties and input into projects as requiredOffice administration required to support the efficient running of the recruitment processBuild and maintain strong working relationships with the business, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant recruitment processesManagement of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary

What you need?Minimum of 2 years of working as a successful administrator in a fast paced, professional environment, preferably within recruitment / or relevant experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels with a high attention to detailHave a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets, work under pressure and within tight timelinesAbility to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize multiple tasks successfully, working independent within a compliant and regulated business and within a team environmentStrong PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and related packages with experience of using Workday preferredThe ability to balance high volume with accuracyProficient of English language
