Job Overview:

Responsible for account and engagement management of Provider and Payer engagements to a variety of healthcare clients ranging from hospital systems, specialty practice groups, integrated delivery networks, health plans and PBMs. Responsible for quality and service to client, ensuring client obtains maximum value from products and services.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead new client implementations and serving as project leader between the client and IQVIA by translating client needs into action plans;
  • Partner with broader IQVIA Provider and Payer delivery teams on documenting business rules and creating deliverable packages;
  • Provide in-depth training in IQVIA data assets and all components of our Analytic
    methodologies (i.e., Referral, Provider Procedure, and Site of Service reporting, patient utilization patterns, etc.)
  • For Physician Insights 360 clients (PI360):
    • Lead user interface tool training and summarized data file training using SQL backup tables to address clients’ business needs;
    • Provide guidance and consultation on use of the PRM module to support liaison and other marketing outreach activities initiatives;
    • Perform full assessments of client needs on a regular basis to create action plans to maximize PI360 services through additional training and/or by conducting value-added services utilizing data extract and/or custom analytic deliverables
  • Responsible for client success with active account management to identify training needs or opportunities for additional offerings where the Sales and Offering teams can be connected

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • Ten (10) years of relevant work experience Req
  • Healthcare industry experience Req
  • Experience developing and delivering training to clients Req
  • Knowledge of healthcare transactions/claims Req
  • Extensive client experience and proven history of client success Req
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to train clients on technical/analytic
    concepts and experience presenting to a diverse audience ranging from senior
    executives to IT personnel Req
  • Project management experience in overseeing or contributing in difficult, multi-discipline projects Pref
  • Experience analyzing relational databases using SQL Preferred
