Supplier Services Analyst I

Role Purpose:

• Under guidance of the Supplier Services management team, provides support to a set of IQVIA data suppliers who utilize IQVIA data assets and applications. 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Provides direct support of IQVIA data suppliers in their use of IQVIA assets and supplier specific applications.  
• Assists in preparation of data and presentations for various small to mid-level suppliers, including food stores, small chains, and mass merchandisers.  
• Proactively develops knowledge of business and function. 

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and zero (0) to (2) years of relevant operations experience or working knowledge of IMS products and systems.
• Ideal candidate will have some exposure to a professional working environment.
• Strong PC applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.  Must have genuine interest in advancing to a client facing role within the Supplier Services organization.
