The Senior Director, Product & Relationship Management will act as the point of contact with business partners and stakeholders working on Parexel's PRISM transformation program. This program is integrating and streamlining Parexel's sales, pricing, clinical and commercial project creation, resource planning and assignment, project tracking, project accounting, billing, and revenue processes.

The person in this role has the overarching responsibility for providing strategic direction and vision developed with business partners. S/he will consider all aspects of providing the services spanning applications, data, infrastructure, security, and quality. S/he will work across IT teams to drive comprehensive planning, risk mitigation and delivery efforts for an integration program and ongoing support structure. S/he represents the combined vision and quality of the service provided to business partners working within a matrixed organization. QualificationsExperience Required

• Business facing and relationship management experience in the area of complex, process and data driven solutions.

• Experience leading business transformation projects with measurable outcomes is required.

• Clinical Research, Pharma, Biotech, or Professional Services industry experience is required.

• Experience working with cross functional teams in the successful completion of assigned deliverables

• Experience of managing large and complex programs/projects in a dynamic and technical environment

• Experience with big platforms such as; Planisware, Planview, Oracle, Workday, SalesForce, or equivalent resource planning and portfolio management tool is desired.

• Experience in technology/software, project management, quality management, planning, customer service, vendor management, and process improvement.

• Engaged with operations and project management lifecycle processes, procedures and tools

• Lead and presented technical information in face-to-face presentations to varied audiences; including executive management.

• Experience in working business process issues and implementing IT solutions.

• Experience in moving to DevOps and adopting ITIL4 is desired.

• Minimum 5 years in Leadership facing and/or Relationship Management roles

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
