Project Assistant (Marketing Research)

Responsibilities:

Interaction with the research team at all stages of the project:

- preparation of a commercial proposal, determination and justification of the research design;

- development of  research materials (screener and guide) and their verification with the client;

- interaction with quantitative, field departments and data processing department within the framework of the project;

-  receive trainings in moderation under the guidance of a team and independent moderation of focus groups and in-depth interviews in the future;

- preparation of an analytical report in PowerPoint format (data structuring, graphic representation, writing key findings and recommendations);

- conducting a presentation on the results of the research for the client.

Requirements for a candidate:

- responsibility and flexibility, ability to work in a team

- good communication skills

- positive perception of reality, open and friendly character

- desire to learn the profession of a moderator and researcher

- desire to develop in the field of medical and pharmaceutical markets

- confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

- fluency in English (upper-intermediate or advanced)

- readiness for business trips and work in the evenings (conducting focus groups)

Work experience:

- availability of specialized education (sociology, marketing, etc.), knowledge of research methods

- experience of work in a research company is encouraged

- experience in conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups is welcome

- experience in medical and pharmaceutical market research is encouraged

- experience in making presentations / speeches is encouraged
