To realize our vision, we are looking for a Consultant to strengthen our Primary Market Research team in Athens. As a Consultant within the Consulting & Services team, you will take a lead role in achieving the ambitious growth for IQVIA PMR and the responsibility for client service, project planning, account management, business development, team development and disseminating sensory knowledge across PMR and other business functions.

What will you be doing:

  • Deliver impactful end to end quantitative research from set-up, questionnaire design, and execution of projects to delivery of commercial insights.
  • Develop and achieve the business growth plan for major pharma clients by building and strengthening client relationships.
  • Work for driving revenue & profit from existing and new client stakeholders.
  • Lead the design of innovative, winning proposals & pitches in response to briefs.
  • Deliver an agreed value of business from existing and new clients in line with overhead recovery and net profitability targets.
  • Promote proprietary methodologies and offerings to all potential clients within accounts and provide organic growth to the PMR business.
  • Confidently engage clients with stories, narratives and presentations based on insights and tightly structured around clients’ business questions.
  • The role reports into the Head of Primary Market Research.

You are:

  • A mid-weight experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Consultant who thrives on being on a fast-paced environment with a proven track record working in a research agency in a quantitative role (4- 5 years).
  • A hands-on practitioner in primary market research studies across various methodologies: online quantitative survey (e.g. Confirmit, Alchemer/ former Survey Gizmo, Decipher), CATI, PAPI/offline surveys alongside good knowledge of SPSS.

  • A self-starter with commercial drive and understanding of the factors which contribute to business success (revenue & profitability) while uncovering insights always thinking how insights may have an impact on the client’s business.

About You

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Life Sciences or Social Sciences.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and writing).
  • Solid experience using Microsoft Excel and Power Point to manipulate and analyze data and visualize it in a clear manner in reports and presentations.
  • Cross discipline experience e.g. Healthcare, Consumer Healthcare, Fast Consumer Goods, Telco’s.
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal presentations and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • A team player working collaboratively across a cross functional business matrix.
