<h2>Job Overview:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 22.0pt;">Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;">primary job responsibilities</p><h1><span style="color: #1773b1;">Recruitment Activities</span></h1><ul><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Maintain awareness of recruitment statistics on a daily basis, seeking opportunities to improve efforts for urgent and struggling studies.</span></li><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Assist with recruiting more volunteers to the local database.</span></li><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Recruit volunteers in the ClinSpark system when necessary for urgent projects and for alternate subjects discharged prior to dose. </span></li><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Assist the Clinical Recruiting Specialist (CRS) with outreach events as directed and agreed upon by site management.</span></li><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Assist the CRS in promoting the Refer-a-Friend (RAF) program to staff. Ensure new staff are aware of the potential to earn money from referrals.</span></li></ul><h1><span style="color: #1773b1;">Volunteer Engagement and Satisfaction </span></h1><ul><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Interact directly with study volunteers:</span><ul><li style="margin-left: 1.0in;"><span style="color: windowtext;">When appropriate, speak to subjects in screening to solicit feedback on their experience. Ensure screen failures are considered for other opportunities to screen/schedule.</span></li><li style="margin-left: 1.0in;"><span style="color: windowtext;">Promote the Refer a Friend program to subjects.</span></li><li style="margin-left: 1.0in;"><span style="color: windowtext;">Participate in the volunteer orientations at check-in whenever possible to promote the Refer a Friend program and to solicit any feedback on their experience.</span></li></ul></li><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Develop volunteer recreation activity plans based on volunteer feedback; implement programs and train staff to continue providing recreation activities as clinic schedules allow.</span></li><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Assist with developing volunteer satisfaction improvements in the CRU.</span></li></ul><h1><span style="color: #1773b1;">Data Review and Utilization </span></h1><ul><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Assist site management in review of volunteer surveys, mining the data for any opportunities to improve the volunteer experience. </span></li><li><span style="color: windowtext;">Participate in the monitoring of recruitment metrics and utilize the data to assist the recruitment teams in formulating plans to improve no-show rates, screening appointment fill rates and panel fill percentages.</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;">Bachelors Degree</p><h2>Experience:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"> 3-4 years of applicable experience</p>
