Parexel FSP is looking for a Partner Line Manager based in Croatia.

You will be responsible for the direct oversight, performance management, and skills development of Parexel FSP staff assigned to the Sponsor deployed to a given geographic and/or therapeutic area.

If you are a professional with 5 years of clinical operations research experience gained within Pharma, CRO, or Biotech, experience directly managing CRAs, direct site management experience (monitoring experience preferred) and you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and strong leadership and negotiation skills as well as excellent influencing and training/ mentoring skills and you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible with the ability to prioritize workload effectively, we can offer you a stellar future.
