Mapi Research Trust (MRT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving patients' quality of life by facilitating access to Patient-Centered Outcome (PCO) information. We promote scientific approaches in the PCO field and encourages exchanges between academics, pharmaceutical companies, and international organizations around the world in the service of incorporating the patient's voice into every step of the development process of new treatments. You will manage database projects by updating existing data according to predefined selection criteria to have the most comprehensive databases and facilitate response to customer requests.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Select and read relevant scientific articlesExtract, enter, quality checking scientific dataApply Mapi established processes to log content to our databasesParticipate in client demos by WebEx/TC, F2FSupport Targeted Literature Review projects team by extracting data for clientsLiaise with team members and external resourcesParticipate in the continuous improvement of the team processesRecognize, exemplify and enforce to ICON's values (MRT's single largest sponsor) which center on our dedication to People, Clients and Performance

Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Life SciencesFluency in English (written/oral)Basic clinical research knowledge

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:Can methodically search, find, evaluate relevance of, analyze, interpret with critical thinking skills to summarize, and compile data from various research sourcesPrioritize and organize multiple simultaneous tasks to ensure timely and accurate completionEngaging and open-minded attitude, with a driven work ethic
