Senior Human Resources Generalist TEMP

W e are recruiting a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to work in our Buenos Aires office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional. Using your expertise gained from years as an HR generalist, you will be tasked with creating and documenting local HR process and procedures setting up this department for success. In addition to creating a well organized local department you will also develop trust based coaching relationships based on growing knowledge of the business area coupled with expertise in HR and interpersonal best practices. You will have exposure to management and employees on a truly global level with a specific focus in Argentina.

You must have extensive experience as a Human Resources professional coupled with a University degree in a related field. Fluency in Spanish and English is required
