Key Accountabilities

Champion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing, candidate conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through Parexel Talent Acquisition system (BrassRing), and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.Demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.Complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.Understand client-specific acumen.Understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.QualificationsQualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.

Language Skills

At least fluent in English (verbal and written) and local language

Minimum Work Experience

At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition (in-house recruitment, employment agencies, social media representatives, etc.) related experience
