CTT Project Manager

Our Professional Services team is growing. We’re hiring Clinical Trials Transparency Project Manager to support an expanding line of business. In this role you will be responsible end-to-end for direction, supervision and management of client and internal project(s) and/or multi-project programs, ensuring quality of deliverables are on time and within budget while maximizing client satisfaction. 

As an ideal candidate you learn quickly and can produce extremely accurate, precise work within tight timelines. You’re familiar with medical / healthcare concepts, comfortable with matrix organizations, possess excellent client relationship, and communication skills that are complemented by strong technical acumen and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop familiarity with our de-identification methodology.
• Manage the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and all other project management activities for the project(s) and/or multi-project program(s).
• Serve as primary project contact with internal and external clients to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to.
• Finalize project budget and scope of work including the development of Statement of Work (SOW).
• Develop project plans for all phases of the project and associated deliverables.
• Manage project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals (realization targets); proactively ensure adherence to change control processes.
• Supervise maintenance of project management information and data tracking systems.
• Direct project activities for Project Manager(s) and team members regarding their project-oriented tasks to ensure that project milestones are met.
• Evaluate impact of risks, develop, and implement quality and risk management plans for minimizing impact on project objectives and deliverables.
• Continually review and ensure adequate resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones.
• Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects.
• Participate in RFP and budget development and sales/proposal presentations, evaluate feasibility of potential programs and impact on company operations and goals; negotiate and make decisions on behalf of the organization.
• Participate in sales/proposal presentations in face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
• Provide technical expertise and project management experience to Project Managers, team members and training efforts.
• Serve as a project management liaison with other groups within Privacy Analytics.
• May take client management lead role for specified client(s), including acting as team member on operation and/or steering committees with strategic partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7+ years related business with 5+ years experiences in Project Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Excellent client relationship management and service skills. Proven record of delivering projects to external clients on-time, on-budget, high-quality with high client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.

Nice to have / beneficial assets:

• Working experience with a Professional Services organization and delivery.
• Experience with Change Management program/project delivery.
• Working experience in medical or Health Sciences related field.
• Would have a degree in medical or Health Sciences related field.
• Other business managerial experience in a professional services or delivery manager capacity.
• Knowledge and understanding of IT and/or software engineering terminology and processes.
