Technical Learning Specialist

Parexel is looking for a Technical Learning Specialist to join their dynamic growing team!

If you are someone who likes to create learning content and think of new and exciting ways to engage an end user, this opportunity is for you. You will work closely with business subject matter experts to design and build digital adoption platform solutions – in-application performance support. You will work on major cross-functional initiatives including a new integrated project management application, a clinical trial management system, and more.

The role will support cross-functional initiatives including PRISM, CTOR, Vault, RBQM and EU-CTR to design, build and maintain WalkMe, in-application performance support solutions, to enable digital adoption.QualificationsSkills:

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Experience in technical writing, analysis, and document layout

• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and financial concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

• Excellent written skills and ability to explain concepts and processes simply and concisely

• Fluent in English

Experience:

• Intermediate/expert level skills in digital adoption technology, preferably WalkMe

• HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience required

• Intermediate MS Word and PowerPoint skills

• Experience in clinical development industry preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• WalkMe certification a plus
