Brand Events Specialist

The Event Specialist is responsible for the ideation, planning, execution, and administration of events in North America and Europe.

Working closely with Parexel’s Brand team, they will develop innovative and creative ideas to facilitate customer engagement to support Marketing and Commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in the events landscape – including live, virtual, and hybrid events – and has hands-on experience in planning, producing, and promoting events. Initially this role will focus on virtual and hybrid events and will transition to include live events as they return in the industry. In this role you would manage event planning, event logistics, and event operations. QualificationsSkills Strong background in project management. Able to set priorities, develop plans, manage project budgets and develop/manage projects from inception to completion. A customer service attitude and proficiency in oral and written communication skills. Highly energetic, organized and extremely detail oriented. Ability to multitask and work in a highly collaborative team environment, taking instruction from multiple individuals, with the ability to make decisions. Some travel required, domestically and internationally. Education B.S. in Marketing or related field preferred.
