Parexel’s Depot in Quakertown, PA provided critical supplies for patients participating in clinical trials. We’re currently looking for a full-time Depot Coordinator to assist with getting the Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries and Lab Kits into the hands of those who need them.

In this role, you’ll work with and lead team members to ensure compliance with relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines and departmental written procedures. QualificationsYour Activities: Optimizing storage space, stock and space management Prioritizing work and provide guidance to Depot Team Maintaining production schedule Performing quality control checks Executing packaging and labeling including re-labeling procedures Assisting with Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns Oversee regular cycle count and physical inventory All tasks related warehouse management including production activities Being a resource of production for day to day work Providing production schedule and product specifications to project teams Assisting and executing in Premise and Equipment general management Maintaining change management process Reporting any issue affecting quality and/or deviation Following internal and external (ie.
