Production Associate - ENTRY LEVEL

Parexel is looking for a full time Production Associate to work with depot team to perform depot and production activities related to handling of Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries and Lab kits. The Production Associate ensures compliance with relevant company SOPs, regulatory guidelines and departmental written procedures.
Supporting Activities include: Receiving and stocking of materials Pick and pack and quality control of Clinical Trial Materials according to instructionPerforming quality control checksPreparing for study documentsDispatching materialsAssistance and execution in packaging and labeling including re-labeling proceduresAssistance in Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns\\Executing regular cycle count and physical inventoryAll tasks related warehouse management including production activitiesAssistance and execution in Premise and Equipment general managementReporting any issue affecting quality and/or deviationHandling filing and archiving activitiesFollowing internal and external (ie. Client) work flows and processesStriving to contribute to external and internal customer satisfactionCompleting trainings in timeEffectively and efficiently managing multiple tasksQualificationsSkills: Team player with very good interpersonal skillsFluent in English (Verbal and Written)Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasksProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)Good hand eye coordinationKnowledge and Experience:Knowledge of GxP guidance, or willingness for education in GxP regulationsBasic understanding of the drug development and regulatory frameworkKnowledge of warehouse management system and/or inventory systemExperience in a warehouse support (Packaging and labeling experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry is preferred)Education: High School or Vocational degree or relevant work experienceEEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.
