  Description de l'emploi Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur de données Junior pour notre département de Statistiques et production de rapports situé à Laval (région du Grand Montréal) au Canada.

 

Les responsabilités reliées au poste de Coordonnateur de données Junior sont : Retranscrire les données entrées manuellement et/ou générées électroniquement en formats qui répondent aux besoins des clients; Effectuer des vérifications de contrôle de la qualité des données, selon les Procédures Opératoires Normalisées (PON); Préparer les rapports, tableaux et/ou graphiques finaux, afin qu’ils soient présentés de manière claire et professionnelle et selon les exigences et recommandations de Charles River - Laval; S’assurer de l’exactitude de toutes les transcriptions de données, ainsi que des tableaux et graphiques générés; Rapporter toute déviation apparente au superviseur du département; S’assurer d’une bonne communication interdépartementale avant la tabulation (meeting pré-tabulation) et durant la tabulation; Fournir l’information de suivi sur la progression de l’étude à chaque étape de la production du rapport; Contribuer au processus d’évaluation et d’optimisation, afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la productivité.  Job Qualifications

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Jr. Data Coordinator position : Collegial Diploma in office technologies or equivalent; Good technical writing ability; Practical knowledge of data entry software (Excel, Provantis) is an asset; Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change; Ability to work very accurately; Strong aptitude for data verification.
