The DMCI (Digital, Media, and Customer Insights) group is well positioned to operate across omnichannel within the matrixed organization helping to identify opportunities for pharmaceutical brands to best leverage their marketing investments, uncovering areas for optimization and leveraging strategic objectives to align to business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Primary owner of 3-5 Omnichannel Marketing engagements consisting of publishers, agencies and media companies with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and strategic leadership.

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals by developing and delivering cross functional solutions that address client needs and objectives.

  • Seek out and identify new revenue opportunities, leveraging a solution focused approach to identify client needs and issues.

  • Play a significant role in account planning and strategy, working with broader IQVIA account and solution sales teams to position omnichannel offerings.

  • Take lead role in solution design, proposal development and Statement of Work (SOW) execution, working with internal client solutions team and offering leads

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client’s strategies & business issues while developing key client relationships at all levels.

  • Work with client to define project scope aligned to needs and issues.

  • Manage ongoing client interface as the engagement sponsor, working with day to day IQVIA delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

  • Ensures project teams achieve efficient quality project delivery and manage project change escalations

  • Identify needs and issues of importance to the industry and our clients, working with the internal client solutions team to develop differentiated offerings as well as provide input to offering leads for their innovation roadmaps.

  • Applies an analytical approach to solving problems and reaching logical conclusions. Gathers information from a variety of sources and quickly gains an understanding of it. Works effectively with complicated, conflicting or ambiguous information, and looks beyond the surface of issues to identify their underlying patterns and causes.

  • Remains current on industry, client, and competitive trends and directions in order to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues.

  • Responds well to change. Positive attitude toward change and a readiness to adapt when presented with new information, new situations or shifting priorities.

Education, Experience, Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8-10 years of experience in consulting, services, or client side roles focused on multichannel and/or digital marketing

  • Subject Matter Expertise, via hands on experience, of analytics, media, data management, and strategy across consumer and healthcare provider (HCP)

  • Possesses exemplary business development skills.

  • Has broad knowledge of the life sciences industry.

  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding revenue and margin targets while leading cross functional teams throughout the client lifecycle (pre to post sale, ongoing management)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills required

  • High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.

  • Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) required
