PRISM PL Trainer

Parexel’s project leaders lead internal and client teams by combining deep clinical research experience with insight into client pressures in order to develop the right solution for the client. This requires enhancing in-depth project management skills and business understanding, knowledge, and experience in order to independently make effective decisions and take action.

This position is focused on the PRISM implementation as a subject matter expert to provide training and support to Project Directors, Project Leaders, Project Specialists, Line Managers and others as needed. This position will develop, coordinate, and deliver instructionally sound and engaging training, including WalkMe content, to the GPL organization in support of the PRISM initiative.

QualificationsKey attributes:

Strong project management skill set (understanding scope and impact on timelines and budgets)

Strong understanding of GANTT charts, interdependencies and impact of changes on ability to delivery, resourcing requirements and financial impacts

Strong coaching and facilitation skills to guide team in implementation of new technology

Minimum Education Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification (training / facilitator credentials preferred)
