We are recruiting a tri-lingual (Portuguese, English and Spanish) Human Resources Business Partner to work in our Sao Paulo office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional. Using your expertise gained from years as an HR professional, you will partner with assigned client groups to develop and drive client focused solutions aligned with overall Parexel goals and philosophies Using your superior communication skills you will develop trust based coaching relationships based on growing knowledge of the business area coupled with expertise in HR and interpersonal best practices. You will have exposure to management and employees on a truly global level with a specific focus in Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Chili as well as some project work in the USA.

You must have extensive experience as a Human Resources professional with several years in manager coaching coupled with a University degree in a related field. Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish is required. Extensive knowledge and experience with local employment law is required.
