Technical Logistics Specialist/Coordinator

Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics (CTS&L) are the end to end Supply Chain Integrator for the clinical trial industry and accelerate the clinical development by simplifying the supply chain and lab logistics journey for patient, sites and sponsors. We want you to join our team!

As a Technical Logistics Specialist/Coordinator, you will focus on the set-up of CTSL systems, tracking and reconciliation tools, perform quality checks (QC) of processes, documents and listings and design of printing documents (subject laboratory booklets). You will also provide training and support for CTSL system users.

You must have experience in programming and databases. Experience or education in graphic design and knowledge of Adobe InDesign is valued. Preference will be given to those with industry background and understanding of regulatory affairs. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and ideally hold a university degree.
