Reporting / Analytics Tableau Specialist

Purpose
Develop and configures automation processes as per defined requirements. Develop new processes using core workflow principles of Automation that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Responsibilities
Responsible for KPIs definitions in all Shared services areas (PTP, RTR, OTC, VAT, Payroll, etc)

Responsible for regular reporting of KPIs (ensures automation reporting)

Responsible for process analyses and data mining

Acting as change agent – responsible for KPIs improvements

Analyze operational data in order to provide trends and actionable insights.

Full lifecycle design and develop of Tableau reports and dashboards

Train and educate co-workers on Tableau tools and best practices

User license and access management

Requirements for the employee

Bachelor degree – preferably in Finance

Minimum of 2 years of experience of experience in accounting / process improvement / business analysis – strong advantage

3+ years as a Tableau developer working directly with business teams to define and create dashboards and visualizations

Experience working in SSC environment – strong advantage

Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) – strong advantage

Advanced expertise in MS Excel (creation of macros - nice to have)

Previous experience with process improvements / automation

Working knowledge in robotics or any automation tools – nice to have

Preferred Certifications in Business Analysis

Strong communication skills
