Job Overview
Direct and manage an assigned team of Site Network Management staff who work together with IQVIA project strategy and project teams to enhance the overall patient recruitment and site relationship efforts.  Dedicated to securing site partnerships and alliances to improve the experiences of our customers and the patients.  Drive and own strategies for non-project issues such as site business strategy, infrastructure and capabilities, mutual recruitment pipelines, achieving patient recruitment and performance results for assigned sites.

Essential Functions
• Ensure right sites are selected for assigned studies by collaborating with project strategy and project teams. Ensures Operations Support Center (OSC) distributes pre-populated Site Information Forms (SIFs) to sites follows-up with sites for completion. Champions sites to include them into studies.
• Drive and own strategies for non-project issues such as site business strategy, infrastructure and capabilities, mutual recruitment pipelines, achieving patient recruitment and performance results for assigned sites.
• Drive significant focus and concentrates more projects into fewer sites through improved capabilities for enhanced recruitment performance.
• Own and optimize project delivery across portfolio of sites including linkage to the therapeutic requirements of the future (productivity, quality, thought expertise).
• Conduct Accompanied Site Visits (ASVs) to guide CRAs and advise on critical specific study issues.  Support CRA on resolving project specific issues across site portfolio.
• Facilitate process improvement through working with IQVIA processes to deliver quality and consistency in assigned geographic territory. Evaluate, develop and regional site portfolio through regular on-site visits (ex: twice per quarter or x days/month).
• May mentor and coach new peers as they assimilate into this role.
• Mentor CRAs guiding professional development across assigned mentees.
• Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters.
• Participate in the selection and onboarding process for new SOP Document Specialists by conducting candidate review and participating in the interviewing process. Conduct onboarding training for new staff in conjunction with Human Resources and Learning and Development training programs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree Req
• Strong knowledge of Clinical Development process.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead teams. Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with sites.
• Fluent in local language, spoken and written.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and draw relevant conclusions.
• Sound judgment and decision making.
