The IQVIA Technologies global training team designs, develops and delivers in-classroom, virtual instructor-led, e-learning and certification education to IQVIA sales employees, system integration partners, agency partners and customers. Training subjects include general life sciences, general technology, IQVIA technology products and sales skills.

Role Overview:

Manage the relationship between the IQVIA Technologies Learning Solutions (ITLS) and the IQVIA Partner Team by acting as ITLS’ focal point and program manager for training-related communications, projects and workstreams related to the training of IQVIA Technologies’ partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Partner training opportunity development, including scoping, SOWs, pricing, CRM completion and commercial transactions.
  • Working with IQVIA Partner Team associates to identify and develop revenue opportunities for Partner training.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with all IQVIA Partner Team members and Partner firms to proactively manage expectations and decisions that align with both teams’ business strategies and objectives.
  • Drive Partner training strategy in partnership with IQVIA Partner Team, and Partner firms.
  • Create Partner – focused processes including curriculum design, certification, learning technology, training delivery and operations.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks/misalignment to leadership; offer recommendations for issue resolution; manage the resolution process through successful completion.
  • Create and maintain Partner - focused ITLS training collateral and facilitate communication/collaboration between the ITLS and IQVIA Partner Teams so that training programs can be successfully developed and delivered to system integrator and agency partners.
  • Work with the appropriate stakeholders to develop, implement, communicate and monitor a training registration/enrollment process for IQVIA partners using the IQVIA partner portal and learning management system (LMS).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create templates for Statements of Work (SOW) for partner training courses; working with the Associate Director of Training Platforms, automate the completion of SOWs via the partner portal, LMS and/or other applicable systems, ensuring compliance to IQVIA contracting policies.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Certification and the IQVIA Partner Team to identify, document and communicate certification requirements for system integrator and agency partners.
  • Track and report on in-process and completed partner certifications and communicate status to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Work with the appropriate team members to develop and implement a partner training evaluation strategy, including evaluation criteria, analysis, tracking/reporting and continuous improvement process.
  • Work with appropriate internal team members to ensure partners are accurately scheduled for courses and certifications and that training is being delivered on-time and on-budget.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have BA/BS degree, preferably in a business and/or adult education or other relevant degree
  • 2 to 5-years’ experience in corporate training, project/program management, and/or partner program operations
  • General understanding of life sciences and technology
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; proven experience at building successful relationships
  • Ability to effectively document, position and communicate ITLS training offerings in the form of written marketing collateral and webpage offerings.
  • Ability to adapt to different social styles, manage differing expectations and effectively resolve conflict
  • Excellent PC skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment and to self-motivate to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a rapidly changing global environment; flexible to changing and/or ambiguous circumstances
