We are looking for a creative and adaptable individual with consultative selling experience who is looking for an exciting new challenge and the opportunity to work within the world’s largest CRO.

This role offers the opportunity for candidates with a strong FSP operational background to move into a more commercial role.  

Serve as overall FSP customer expert and strategic business partner. Working closely with sales, responsible for developing and expanding new FSP business opportunities with customers.   Provide consultative advice to potential and existing clients. Establish, grow and manage long-term and profitable relationships. Assist in the preparation RFI/RFP responses, proposals and bid defenses.

Key responsibilities include:

-Lead RFP/Proposal Process

-Design overall CFSP solution strategy, including recruiting strategy and model ramp delivery

-Define and articulate proposed model working closely with operations & BD teams

-Work with internal stakeholders to finalize project budgets and scope of work to meet financial and company goals (realization/margin targets), proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes

-Work with internal stakeholders to develop requisite models and associated resource plans

-Work with internal stakeholders to answer client opportunity (rate exercise, RFI/RFP, BDM…)

-Work with teams to build BDM materials

-Develop and lead transition oversight program for any newly won work to include: Governance Delivery of new models operating at steady state to appropriate model alliance manager within 3 months of win (until contract is executed)

-Support FSP Client Solutions with Sales Enablement pieces (pre-sales materials, capability decks, Case studies, etc)
