Manager, Product Management

Responsibilities:

•    Assist in the definition and execution of the product vision and roadmap for the Promotional Content Management and Review & Approval application
•    Work with the product management team and customers to gather and define requirements and input to the product backlog 
•    Develop epics and user stories for the Promotional Content Management and Review & Approval solution
•    Collaborate with the cross-functional engineering and UX teams on specifications, design and acceptance testing
•    Ensure all required system and user documentation is created accurately for internal and external use
•    Be the voice-of-the-customer – integrate feedback into the product plan and lifecycle
•    Develop and maintain competitive intelligence
•    Work collaboratively with fellow product managers to ensure that designed solution components integrate seamlessly with other application components and other applications in the IQVIA Commercial cloud

Cross-functional team responsibilities:

•    Collaborate with key stakeholders in engineering, development, and services to conceptualize, document, build, and evangelize new capabilities
•    Partner with product marketing to effectively communicate the value proposition and messaging for the product, case studies, sales tools, and collateral
•    Effectively communicate with customers, sales, marketing, development, and senior management as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
•    Provide input on training, marketing material, and product rollout


Required Experience

•    2-6 years’ experience as a product manager or product owner creating epics and user stories
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•    Experience with content management products / solutions
•    Product or project management experience with models like PMI, Agile, or Pragmatic Marketing
•    Experience in SaaS, Cloud Services, or related fields
•    Desired / nice to have experience working with promotional content, brand marketing, and/or marketing operations in the Pharmaceutical industry


Education Required

•    Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or a related business degree.
