Delivery Innovation Lead - Emerging Design Delivery

You will lead initiatives designed to map and adapt our delivery models working across the RWS organisation as part of a small leadership team within Emerging Design Delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely with Head of Emerging Design Delivery, this role will lead a Delivery Innovation Group within RWS Project Management focussed on mapping and improving business processes for innovative delivery.
• Works with experienced professionals to manage oversight of delivery on innovation on studies.
• Direct, supervise and manage initiatives ensuring the quality of deliverables towards corporate timelines.  
• Working with Head of Emerging Design Delivery - Perform strategic review of existing tools, workflows, initiatives across RWS pertaining to process mapping of Emerging Design Delivery. Delivery Innovation Leads will focus on one of 3 areas of Emerging Design Delivery; Enriched, Decentralised and Site-Based.
• Lead Delivery Innovation Team to build delivery process workflow maps for one of 3 areas of Emerging Design Delivery approaches across RWS Frameworks.
• Work with Head of Emerging Design Delivery to present final delivery framework RWS organisation and define next steps for business process improvement.
• Working with Head of Emerging Design Delivery to lead or contribute to the set-up of an Learning framework to review specific innovative projects and identify areas of business process improvement based on real project experiences and learnings.
• Support Head of Emerging Design Delivery and Global Head of Project Management to design and implement a Precision Innovation Model - allowing modularisation of delivery and enabling innovation to be plugged into individual studies across the RWS portfolio of offerings.
• Evaluate impact of risk, develop and implement quality and risk management plans for minimizing impact on project objectives and deliverables.
• Direct, supervise and manage project(s) and/or multi-project programs ensuring the quality of deliverables on time and within budget. Has strategic decision-making responsibility for the project/program.  Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.
• Continually review and ensure adequate resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement for assigned projects and programs.
• Act as the key relationship manager for assigned clients; recommend courses of action regarding customer management issues; implement plan following approval by senior management.
• Accountable for the financial oversight and goals for projects of assigned customers to meet company realization targets.
• Ensure quality of deliverables for projects of assigned clients.
• participate in RFP and budget development, evaluate feasibility of potential programs and impact on company operations and goals.
• Participate in sales/proposal presentations in face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
• Provide technical expertise and insights into project management experience to Project Manager(s) and training efforts.
• Serve as a project management liaison with other groups within IQVIA.
