Scrum Master / IT Project Manager

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within the IT organization. Lead Agile project activities as part of the Enterprise Systems and Processes (ES&P) organization to deliver Lead-to-Order (LTO) solutions in the functional areas of Sales, Pricing, Contracting, Order Management, and Delivery. AsScrum IT Project Manager you will plan and direct the activities of cross-functional teams assigned to multiple small IT projects to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Leading small to medium sized cross-functional teams in the execution of full product development life cycle development.

• Defines project scope and objectives.

• Initiates, plans, executes, controls and closes software and product development activity.

• Participates in setting and enforces project direction with cross-functional teams.

• Plans and manages resource allocations and task assignments within a matrix managed environment.

• Manages, and controls scope, schedule and budget for projects.

• Communicates project status and risks, with associated recommendations, to all stakeholders.

• Assesses project risks and specifies contingencies.

• Enforces organizational policies and establishes goals for project teams which develop business applications and information services products.

• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

• Provides business guidance to project team.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in software and/or product development

• Project Management education and/or experience

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with little direct supervision

• Extraordinary analytic, problem solving, written/oral presentation skills

• Nice to have: Salesforce experience
