Critical success factors for this role include: implementation of training for sales teams, support of training functions (e.g., commercial selling skills, Salesforce.com (SFDC), and eLearning tools), and maintaining a learning culture. </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"> </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Training, Best Practices & Communication</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with Business Leads to strengthen and support Sales/Inside Sales training curriculum</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Provide new BDDs/ISMs a comprehensive onboarding experience </span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Drive and reinforce use of SFDC with the Sales team, emphasizing business standards and execution of best practice in conjunction with the Tools and Technology Team</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Work directly with Commercial Training Lead(s) to coordinate, develop, and train Sales/Inside Sales teams on business-specific trainings with guidance from subject matter experts </span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Commercial Project Management & Meeting Support</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Work with Commercial Training Lead on the Global Commercial Meeting communication, pre-work, meetings, and trainings of service launches, including reinforcement and best practices</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Work with Commercial Training Lead to support sales meeting agendas under direction of commercial leadership</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain tools/resources/processes and works with appropriate individuals to support commercial effectiveness initiatives, skill enhancement, voice of the field, cross- functional team integration, best practice sharing, and process development</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Create and execute engaging and compelling learning activities for sales meetings</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Develop learning resources and motivational learning activities aligned with best practice and effectiveness initiatives </span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in Global Commercial Organization projects and support initiatives as needed</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><h2>Recommended:</h2><ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">BS/BA degree</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Publisher</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Demonstrated internal or external project management skills</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Coursework in training facilitation, needs assessment, and process mapping a plus</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Understand the utilization of SFDC</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Building programs using ADDIE and/or <u>The 6 Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning</u> a plus</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><h2>Minimum Required:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">3 years of experience in a learning and development role.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Previous roles should include but not limited to:</span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Sales, Training, and Communication related activities</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Understanding and utilization of SFDC</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Cross-functional Project Management</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Coordination of schedules involving complexity in logistics</span></li></ul>
