<h2>Job Overview:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Will develop complete understanding of the Clinical Trial setup configuration plan</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Play the role of an Subject Matter Expert for the team wrt to the Domain</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help the individual Clinical Trial teams break the business requirements into functional and technical specifications</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Liaise with the study team during the duration of the clinical trial setup</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Co-ordinate with different groups within the organization when necessary</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Follow all applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Complete required trainings according to required timelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Complete day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments and teams as needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution as needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track and report metrics as determined by management according to required timelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in process improvement opportunities and assist with the implementation of revised processes and procedures.</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif; color: #1f497d;">Preferably B.Sc/M.Sc or equivalent</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif; color: #1f497d;">Alternatively, Bachelors of Engineering/Technology Degree with relevant clinical experience</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif; color: #1f497d;">MBA Degree will be an added advantage</span></p><h2>Experience:</h2><ol style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Overall years of experience: 6-8 Years and <span style="color: #1f497d;">3 – 4 years </span>in the software job discipline. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Years of experience in Clinical Trail domain (Study Setup, Different phases of Drug development etc) – 4 to 5 years</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Capable of creating Functional specifications based on business requirement in clinical trial steup space</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Established experience of at least 3-4 years in in engaging with client stakeholders directly</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability for achieving process and delivery excellence</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Proven ability to review test cases, identify gaps in requirements and conducting UAT etc</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;
