Facilities Coordinator:

This position is a basic warehouse type position receiving in supplies from vendors, reconciling them into inventory management system(s), and delivering to end users around campus.

Receives in parcels at our dock from couriers (UPS, FedEx, Trucking companies, etc.)Processes and reconciles deliveries using PPD inventory management systemsDeliveries parcels and equipment to PPD end users around campusOperates forklifts, pallet jacks, box trucks, golf carts, etc. to transport the parcelsMoves supplies from point A to Point B as requestedInventories, orders, and replenishes office supply areas around campusRequires use of steel toed shoes (provided by company)Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.)Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyGood written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and ability to work well with othersMust be able to multi task daily and pay close attention to detail

Education and Experience:

High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationTechnical positions may require a certificatePrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).
