Parexel has a new opening for an experienced Project Specialist , to join our global Biotech Partnership team. This home-based position for a Project Specialist / Senior Project Specialist ( Project Administrator) is an outstanding opportunity for someone with PMO support experience looking to get into industry or looking to expand their skill set in this high profile client partnership role with room to grow your career. The Senior Project Specialist works independently with a high sense of ownership on project management tasks, having higher level expertise such as advanced analytical, technical and communication skills, best practices approach, a more advanced financial understanding and is building internal/ external client relationships.

Support Bid Defense Meetings as required:

- Support the Project Leader (PL) or other Functional Lead (FL) attendees in the finalization of materials (agenda, slide deck) to ensure that it is in a client ready format prior to the Bid Defense meeting.

Support stakeholders in the development and communication of portfolio / program strategy:

- Collect and provide input, support documentation and review; finalized strategy saved in PMED/Share Point and shared with relevant parties for partnership level (account) activities.

- Assist Partnership Training Lead with partnership training curriculum development and training compliance

Collaborate with Reporting and Analytics, and partnership stakeholders to agree on Status Reports and Metrics for the partnership

- Provide input to reporting and analytics in line with client expectations and from experience; receive, QC data, distribute and file status reports as needed to the client.

Partnership Meetings administration

- Support the account team: schedule meetings, create PowerPoint presentations, create meeting minutes, distribute & file, track action items.

Manage partnership level access to systems:

- Manage Access to systems: Internal Portal, Client Portal and assist with, or own, Client Systems access at the Partnership Level.

- Coordinate opportunities to streamline access management & gain efficiencies by centralizing account access management (controlled onboarding/offboarding and centralized access list) to client systems though the CAM PDC team

Partnership Team List, Country Point of Contacts/Local Point of Contacts list, SME list, Governance Roster, distribution lists

- Develop and/or update Team list, Country Point of Contacts/Local Point of Contacts list, SME list, Governance roster, email distribution lists and where needed upload to electronic filing system. Regular distribution of updated versions.

Set of standard documents to ensure consistency across partnership projects

- Provide support to project documents with partnership level information for study PSs to utilize on their projects (e.g. PMP, PSSMP etc.) ensuring standardization

Mentoring, training and presenting

- Train and mentor study Project Specialists/Project Leaders/Functional Leaders on partnership initiatives and processes. Present at partnership meetings, as needed

Partnership SharePoint

- Support the development of an account team/ internal partnership SharePoint Community. If already developed, update/maintain SharePoint Community (may include usage metrics) as per the agreed timelines.

Partnership Support

- Support Biotech Partnership Enablement Lead in gathering the required data from SMEs to update partnership scorecards for delivery to the client

- Support Biotech Partnership Enablement Lead in the development of PowerPoint slides in preparation for governance meetings including facilitation of collating study updates for Operational governance meetings and supporting the Client Relationship Director in the finalization of Operational Committee meeting minutes.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in a study PS role or similar role with experience in supporting Clinical Trials

• In-depth understanding of how the role integrates with others in accomplishing the deliverables and objectives

Education:

• Intermediate to Advanced English level for non-native English speakers;

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
