<p>Labcorp is recruiting an IT Product Owner for a dynamic team in RTP, NC.</p><p></p><p>We're seeking an experienced and passionate Product Owner to join the LabCorp Patient product team. This person will contribute to the evolution of the Labcorp patient experience and will lead taking innovative features to market. They will think holistically and demonstrate a passion for delivering a superior customer experience balanced with driving operational efficiencies for Labcorp in delivering our core services. The scope of the product portfolio includes all patient facing applications such as web and mobile apps and self-service kiosks.</p><p></p><p>The Product Owner will be responsible for designing the experience considering Voice of Customer and internal business stakeholders, and leading market and competitor experiences. They will synthesize all data points and develop their proposal that aligns with the Patient product strategy and best serves our customer while balancing Labcorp operational needs. They will seek to significantly advance our product. They will partner with the UX and engineering teams and translate the design into user stories. They will follow Agile principles and ceremonies in taking features to market. They will be KPI minded understanding and driving specific outcomes, and ensure all internal stakeholders are prepared to support the product launch.</p><p></p><p>This job requires a high-level understanding of software development lifecycle, complex product management processes including roadmap development, backlog grooming, new feature design and development, software industry, project management, and user experience design.</p><p></p><p>If you are smart, highly motivated, and detail oriented with a polished communication style, this role at LabCorp presents a challenging and exciting next step in your career.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Lead bringing roadmap features to life by detailing the experience in the UX design, customer experience flows and user stories.</p></li><li><p>Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders in the development of designs including business stakeholders, UX, development, marketing.</p></li><li><p>Engage in frequent communication with business stakeholders to understand problem statements and making recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Be able to explain gaps and technical concepts for an often nontechnical audience.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of patient journeys and ability to analyze and identify opportunities based on metrics and voice of customer.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market research to inform the product design understanding competitive features and opportunities to leap frog Labcorp's position.</p></li><li><p>Ability to write and groom user stories targeted to improve the user experience and drive specific outcomes</p></li><li><p>Work independently and in a collaborative team environment.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical team, facilitating cross-department communication.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the main information resource for feature definition and scope specific questions.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to KPI development and ensure appropriate mechanisms are implemented to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Stay apprised of the latest technologies and innovations in web/mobile application technologies and online video.</p></li><li><p>Consistently meet agreed-upon deadlines or escalate issues, concerns and barriers to key project leaders.</p></li><li><p>Be a force in driving value to market at an accelerated pace.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>License/Certification/Education:</b> Normally requires a B.S.
