IMPORTANT:   In order to be considered for this position, a resume/CV must be uploaded and submitted during the application process.  Please make sure work history and education are added correctly.    Job Summary The Digital Data Quality Analyst is responsible for the quality of the customer data in Salesforce by researching, maintaining, compiling, and analyzing data to keep customer information current and accurate.  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Work to cleanse customer data using existing internal resources and new external tools.

•    Research customer data to ensure our information is accurate and current using internal and external resources.

•    Maintain and develop global customer and territory account assignments to analyze information to support account manager customer interaction.

•    Perform Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

•    Analyze account data and distribute relevant information to the appropriate people.

•    Assist in preparation and development of analysis of materials for presentations and meetings.

•    Assist in development of analysis and presentations for management.

•    Seek and obtain customer database materials from internal sales/marketing, customer services areas and all external networking interaction.

•    Maintain and add knowledge on all company products and services.

•    Participate in meetings and product trainings as required.

•    Perform all other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent in business or related discipline.

•    Experience:  Two to four years related experience.  

•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

•    Certification/Licensure:  None.

•    Other: Excellent organization and communications skills.   Salesforce and Excel experience recommended.   Proficient in the use of standard office computer applications (word processing, pivot tables, spreadsheets, Power Point, e-mail).   Ability to use internet and other search tools to research business leads.
