UX Student Worker

<div><span>Bring your user experience expertise to the digital design team and help us implement user research and analytics to support our design and product teams. The Role We're looking for a student worker to support the design and product teams by coordinating and conducting UX research. Possible tasks include finding the right users to talk to, setting up and conducting studies using different research methodologies, comparing research and analytics, and making sense of the gathered data. The position is part-time with flexible working days; approximately 10-12 hours per week.</span></div><div></div><div><b><span>Core responsibilities:</span></b></div><ul><li><span>Collaborate with other members of the design team and product managers</span></li><li><span>Assist in planning and conducting research for different methodologies</span></li><li><span>Conduct research collaboratively and independently across our products and experiences</span></li><li><span>Assist in the collection and analysis of user behaviors, needs, and pain points</span></li><li><span>Present research findings to diverse audiences through written documentation and presentations</span></li><li><span>Organize our repository of research documentation Requirements</span></li><li><span>Studying something related to User Experience, HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, or Product Design</span></li><li><span>At least one year into your college education</span></li><li><span>Able to work in a team and collaborate * Some experience with user analytics and user research</span></li><li><span>Able to present ideas clearly</span></li><li><span>Positive, energetic attitude</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Requirements:</span></b></p><div><div><ul><li>License/Certification/Education.
