Job Summary Plan, develop and implement targeted account-based marketing programs to generate marketing qualified leads through account specific materials, data-mining, account intel, virtual and in-person seminars Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to define the scope of the materials and need of customers and support the implementation Support Marketing and Sales to launch and promote the materials Continuously gather account intel and data-mine new marketing leads Organization, promotion of virtual and in-person seminars or events and follow-ups Plan, develop and implement targeted lead generation programs to generate marketing qualified leads through frequent customer contact and prospecting (i.e. data-mining and net new lead generation through ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc) Collaborate with Marketing and Sales managers to develop inbound marketing and account-based marketing campaigns (i.e. advertising, website inquiries, webinars, tradeshows, social media campaigns, seminars and workshops) Work and maintain a cooperative relationship with Asia Pacific sales team to optimize the conversion to sales qualified leads when outside of scope, domain or function Utilize SalesForce  to monitor, advance opportunity status progression and review/report on completed projects Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI and optimize for future projects Create and optimize lead nurturing programs for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives through email content and other online and offline channels Work with agency partners and Regional Marketing Manager on SEO/SEM initiatives (Google Ads and other Search Engine Marketing tools), implement content marketing strategies to build brand awareness and increase web conversions Collaborate with Market Research team to research and develop Lead gen projects for new and niche markets (compounding pharmacy, consumer care, dialysis, etc). Work with business analytics to help research and understand the market dynamics and market potential in assigned areas to identify market growth opportunities and incorporate into marketing program development (competitive landscape, Market trends etc) Create, manage and report on Engagement studios (lead nurturing marketing automated campaigns) and content, with the guidance of Marketing Manager Coordinate and manage event logistics with organizers, venue booking, price negotiation, handle the collateral and publicity for virtual and in-person events pre-dominantly for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, secondarily to other Asia Pacific countries (webinars, seminars, workshops, chapter events, conferences etc) Ensure a competent and professional image to the customer and an accurate portrayal of business strategies both on the phone, email and at customer events Maintain a working knowledge of all company product lines with more in-depth knowledge of business segment that is being supported Work with Marketing Manager to update business specific materials with direction Organise relevant tradeshows, conferences and Charles River events, as needed and supported by Events Specialist Manage translations activities and/or local language support for marketing materials where required Manage vendors (advertising, 3rd party contracts etc) where required Perform all other related duties as assigned Job Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related discipline At least 3 years experience in marketing or customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate long-term relationship with customers and stakeholders Organization and time management skills A combination of education and experience can be considered
