The role is required to design develop and implement  a range of training interventions for end users of IDP both internal and external. This includes updates for product releases as well as trial specific training.  This role also updates training and instructional material associated with legacy MHP deployments hence some of the work can be indirectly billable.

Duties:

  • Work with the IT and other appropriate Staekholders to plan and execute updated training in line with ICONs digital/IT offerings.*

  • Continuously assess existing processes, procedures and tools to ensure that the Instructional Designers are using industry-leading methodologies to produce the highest quality content, and is using lean processes to drive efficiencies and lower costs.*

  • Provide quality oversight to Instructional Design team and complete manager functions as required,

  • Act as Team Leader to Instructional Design Team Leads.

  • Operate independently to make decisions and be self-accountable for the results delivered.

What you need?

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3 to 5+ years experience in similar roles with Health Care institutions.

  • Advanced English level
