You’ll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you’ll be helping shape an industry.• Recognise, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centre around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.• Be familiar with all aspects of the 30 animation Rote, and other platforms relevant of the job.• Work with the Pharmacologist team to gain an understanding of any complex content within scripts.• Work in collaboration with the Pharmacologist team to create storyboards that clearly and effecr1vely explain the content both in a clear and visually precise manner.• Using agreed storyboards, create videos that are instructionally effective, that present the study in an engaging manner, flow well, and hold the learners attention throughout.• Implement client edits and, where possible, use these edits to identify potential product improvements.• Develop 30 graphics for other Firecrest products and complete these to a high standard and finish.• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Firecrest approach to creating 30 models/animations• Mentor and help train new members of the team, where required.• Help foster a culture of creativeness and ingenuity.• Ability to function within a team environment.• Contribute to process improvement and product enhancement, with a focus on streamlining our processes and meeting client needs.• Other duties as assigned.Benefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
