Financial Resource Strategist

The Strategic Planning & Business Performance team of Project leadership is seeking a Resource Strategist to join our SEAL Team. Through Strategy, Execution, Analysis, and Learning we provide optimization and modelling for both finances and resourcing, operationalization of corporate initiatives, root cause solutions, and continuous improvement.

The Resource Strategist will have the following remit:

• Partner with Resource Managers within Project Leadership Therapeutic Areas to analyze and give guidance on resource requests
• Identify and implement continuous improvement strategy related to requisitions, resource requests, and system integration
• Support integration of resourcing, hiring, and financials within Project Leadership including business analysis, process documentation, training, etc.
• Support Ad Hoc requests for resource and financial analysis
