  Job Summary BASIC SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support for corporate wide training initiatives. Assist in coordinating logistics for in-house and off-site training deliverables to include but not limited to maintaining all corporate wide training platforms/systems, creates and generates reports, tracks training data for all employee onboarding & development programs, support the Training department to ensure that all training and development objectives are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the coordination of all training initiatives to enable efficient and effective operations of the Training department.

o Prepares presentations.

o Updates and maintains project status reports and schedules.

o Coordinate and schedule trainings.

o Locate and reserve training rooms.

o Set up and order training supplies as needed.

o Communicate training sessions to target audiences.

o Receive and respond to requests for information regarding training deliverables.

• Contribute to discussions on the design and delivery of training initiatives.

o Assist with focus group discussions.

o Compile, track and monitor the data generated by a needs gap analysis.

• Track, assess and generate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

o Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates.

o Analyze data and provide suggestions for improvement or reinforcement.

• Act as administrative support and a champion of training initiatives.

• Generate, maintain, and monitor training and competency records and databases for department personnel, ensuring that regulatory requirements for documentation are met.

• Serve as a contact person for professional certifications by providing the proper documents for personnel seeking certification and registry status. Keep abreast of and report the latest changed in the certification registry program.

• Develop and maintain a variety of training databases.

• Work closely under time sensitive deadlines to ensure that successful outcomes are met.

• Assists in problem solving when logistical challenges arise.

• Manage a variety of learning platforms.

• Assist with data collection and consolidation of information.

• Collect and maintain output, satisfaction, and impact data on all training programs.

• Assist in managing the L&OD Community and New Hire Orientation sites on iConnect.

o Retire training materials where needed.

o Assist in the formatting of training materials where needed.

o Assist with the updates to the New Hire Orientation and on-boarding process.

• Copy, compile and assemble documents.

• Work on special projects which may encompass research and compilation of data.

• Participate in company and community related events.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Associate’s degree (A.A. /A.S.) or equivalent in related field

• Experience: Two to four years related experience and/or training.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

• Certification/Licensure: None.

• Other: Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Good keyboarding skills, proficient in utilizing personal computer, e-mail and standard office software packages (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

• Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Regularly provides information to and receives information from/through various technologies, media, sources and contacts. Must be able to accurately exchange accurate information in these situations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• General office working conditions.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
