Job Overview:
Working with the Logistics Head, to:
1) Support SG community project logistics coordination which includes coordination of swabbing supplies with inventory team, courier and swabbing sites. This is required on a daily basis.
2) Coordinate with swabbing sites and courier to manage the samples pickup time so that samples can be shipped to our lab for testing in the best possible transit time. This is required on daily basis.
3) Manage last minute requests from sites by coordinating with sites on their request and working out the arrangements with couriers to support the operations. This is required on daily basis.
3) Support lab in managing any shipments that may need to be sent to NPHL or other testing labs as well as shipping supplies coordination to ensure lab have sufficient supplies to use.
4) Liaise with sites on any request or logistical queries.

The ideal candidate profile should possess:
- Some prior experience in logistics work, preferably in healthcare / laboratory supply chain.
- Demonstrate maturity and commitment towards the project
- Good communication & coordination ability
- Good team player
