With the support of exceptional people from across the globe and an energized purpose, you’ll be empowered to own your career journey with mentoring, training and personalized development planning. </span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥To assist in managing the control, environmental monitoring (EM), and building automation systems (BAS), as well as, conduct the performance of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Refrigerator/Freezer Systems, Fume Hoods, Environmental Monitoring and Control Systems.</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥Duties and Responsibilities:</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥ </span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥Controls Systems</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Perform all aspects of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and provide recommended solutions to all controls systems including fire, security, BAS, and EM</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Assist in the management of the BAS and EM systems</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Assist in project management for BAS and EM systems</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Document and report recommended improvements to BAS, EM and HVAC systems</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥ </span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥Equipment Maintenance</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Perform all aspects of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and provide recommended solutions to all systems related equipment such as: Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Refrigerator/Freezer Systems, Fume Hoods and Refrigerated Laboratory Equipment</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Perform installation and calibration of sensors/probes and control systems hardware</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Assist in managing and coordinating vendors for execution of contracted maintenance</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥General</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Coaches and advises less experienced staff to improve their skills and knowledge</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Share knowledge with co-workers and supervision for cross training efforts</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Interacts professionally with facility staff as well as customers</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Provide oral and written communications to internal and external customers </span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Maintain all work related licenses, certifications and all other training requirements</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Execute timely completion of planned and scheduled work on multiple assignments </span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Maintains all required documentation</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Provide metrics as requested</span≥<br /≥<span style="font-size: 12pt;"≥- Other related duties as assigned</span≥</p≥<h2≥Education/Qualifications:</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥- College or trade school courses in HVAC, controls systems, or mechanical operation<br /≥- CFC Universal License</p≥<h2≥Experience:</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥- 7+ years of experience working with industrial facility related systems</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥- 4+ years of experience working with controls systems</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥- Ability to use MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint at an intermediate level</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥- Ability to operate within a CMMS</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥
