To negotiate terms and conditions of IT and general procurement contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Subcontract and Consulting Agreements and any other contractual documents. To assist the legal department with drafting, review and negotiation of complex global agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures & legal requirements. Work with Procurement department and third-party vendors to review legal terms and conditions of domestic and international contracts. Track and follow-up each negotiation. Create legal wording as required for legal review, from time to time. Coordinate with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance, e.g. identifying non-standard or potentially high-risk terms and liabilities. Assist with questions from stakeholder and department colleagues. Ensure that the preparation of contracts (distribution of work and verification of work) is properly done in the absence of the supervisor. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree/University degree, CEGEPS, AEC 5-7 years' experience in contract work or a legal related field. 1-2 years' experience reviewing and negotiating IT related contracts. Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems as well as follow through on assignments with minimum direction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
