You will lead the strategy, design, vendor selection, implementation and ongoing servicing and operations of Time and Attendance and Payroll for a fast growing multi-national organization.

Designs, build and lead multi-regional global Time and Attendance and Payroll operations teams. Lead the Time to Pay services implementation globally leveraging multi-regional managed service providers. Design and drive the evolution of Time to Pay services including vendor, process and system enhancements to ensure optimal performance in the delivery of global Time to Pay services. Interacts and partners with Executive and Senior Leaders in Finance and HR on Time and Attendance and Payroll related items. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proven ability to successfully demonstrate a strategic vision, build and manage an organization through the full lifecycle of implementation activities on a global and complex Payroll and Time and Attendance program including managed service provider selection.

• Partner with global leadership inclusive of operations, business and Finance to meet key goals and support decision making.

• Foster the spirit of communication and continuous improvement within the organization leveraging new or existing business systems.

• Demonstrate ability to work across various cultures and time zones. Global partnership and collaboration alignment are crucial to the success of this role.

• Provide partnering support for respective Payroll and HR site organizations as well as providing functional support and direction to the technical team members when implementing new processes and Time and Attendance and Payroll systems.

• Create and plan project schedules for Time and Attendance and Payroll while collaborating with respective site and functional teams.

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of systems integrations related to the Time and Attendance and Payroll systems

• Support the development of a functional budget for Global Time and Attendance and Payroll

• Work with Senior level executives and program PMO’s to manage delivery according to specific timelines

• Understand existing environment and work with leaders to incorporate improvements to process and systems

• Provide leadership and oversight across all global teams to ensure compliant, timely and accurate pay for all employees in all countries.

• Lead, coach, drive, and inspire the managers and teams within Payroll. Ensure that the Payroll team is engaged in their work, effectively manage their performance, and support the team in their professional development.

• Lead the global team and vendors to define and implement standards, quality measures and critical metrics to deliver services to build a strong foundation for the needs of today and of the future.

• Drive end-to-end process approach and ensure audit steps and instructions in place for all payroll activities with clearly identified hand-offs and recording.

• Ensure global teams have robust plans for monthly and year-end activities and banking, payment reconciliation with local Government agencies.

• Drive ongoing process optimization and continuous process improvement to ensure that efficiency and effectiveness measures are met Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent: MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Experience: 10-12 years of directly leading complex payroll and time engagements in a global/multi-national environment. Demonstrated experience in evaluating and implementing Time and Attendance and Payroll services globally. Demonstrated experience in establishing a global process framework and an understanding of the technical, business and people-related dynamics that need to be considered in delivering Time to Pay services. Business acumen related to managing Time to Pay services and global (virtual) staff

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

• Certification/Licensure: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent preferred

• Other: Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills required. Must have a high level of proficiency in project management, leadership and controls, and good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work closely and effectively with a diverse employee population. Proficiency in MS office suite as well as SAP and ADP required. Experience with leading Time to Pay teams on acquisitions and divestitures preferred.
