Associate Line Manager, Clinical Operations (South Africa)

Key Duties include the following:-

In the Manager role, this successful person would be responsible for a team of 7 CRA's, all with significant experience in South Africa.

This activity will be combined with billable activities of a CRA.

The roles and duties thereof would also be that of a hybrid role, ie. 50% Associate LM and 50% Sr CRA.QualificationsEssential Experience:-

More than 5 years of experience in a CRA role in South Africa and African Countries is essential.

Previous experience as a Manager within a related role / industry would be valuable.

Must demonstrate strong leadership and development skills.
