The Archives Associate will responsible for assembling, placement and retrieval of archived material in a secure and controlled access archive. The Archives Associate will also organize, file and retrieve study and ancillary facility records. This individual will assemble study materials as specified in the SOP for archiving; paginate and bind scientific data for archival storage.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Archives Associate position. High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.). Associate’s degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent desired in business or administrative assistant discipline. 1-2 years of office experience or administrative/secretarial training required. Basic computer skills with departmental databases (Access, Approach), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet programs (Excel). Must be organized, have attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Job Qualifications
