Parexel is looking for a Process Excellence & Quality Associate or Senior Associate. You will be an integral part of the Process Excellence and Quality infrastructure in Regulatory & Access. This is a high visibility role where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with R&A stakeholders and cross-functional teams around the globe. Facilitate Process Excellence through development, updates and improving written standard methodologies for R&A service offerings Support project teams for client/ internal audits and regulatory inspections Collaborate with QI manager for Quality Issues entries and monitoring in system (TrackWise) Generate/collate reports for trending analysis and metrics Engage with Corporate Quality and other R&A Stakeholders as appropriate for Quality, Process Excellence & Risk Management Drive continuous improvement through identification of gaps in processes and creative solutions QualificationsKnowledge and Experience: Regulatory and/or Clinical Trials experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, 3+ years Understanding of the foundations of the regulatory audit/inspection process and the quality issue management English proficiency (written and oral English) IT literate: experienced with Microsoft based applications, particularly excellent Microsoft Excel skills including knowledge of formulas, pivots, look up tables and chart generation Education: Educated to degree level (technology, biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline preferred) or equivalent qualification or clinical research experience Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Customer focused approach to work Ability to work fully independently, take initiative, and have a flexible approach with respect to work assignments and new learning Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and to demonstrate and foster teamwork within the group as well as across the organization Ability to travel as needed
