  Job Summary We are seeking aProgram Control Analystfor our Corporate Accounting department to be located near our facility in Wilmington, MA or remotely based in the U.S. (East Coast time zone is preferred).This role is responsible for managing financials on select contracts as well as supporting team members (e.g. Sr. Program Control Analysts, Sr. Financial Analysts, and Billing Administrator teams) for various contracts. Support includes running weekly and monthly reports, tracking vendor invoice spend, and ensuring client invoices are correct. Work in a cross-functional environment with Operations, Business Development, HR, Legal, Finance and Accounting team members. Additionally, this role will support the Sr. Government Accounting Compliance Analyst when supporting government audits (~25% of the time).

The following are the responsibilities related to theProgram Control Analystposition: Run weekly and monthly financial reports for Labor and Non-Labor expenses and support client reporting requirements Coordinate with AP & operations to reconcile vendor payments and PO receipts on assigned contracts; GR/IR Reconciliation Run weekly and monthly PO reports Perform all PO Closeouts (Active vs. Not Active) Perform project unbilled reconciliation analysis to reconcile invoices against general ledger Track subcontract budget vs. actuals Monitor and improve GL account mapping Compile Monthly Customer Reports; PAI Support Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC) to ensure contract budget and/or specific limitations are not exceeded Gather supporting documentation to support various NIH audits Perform all other related duties as assigned Job Qualifications

The following are the qualifications related to theProgram Control Analystposition: Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent. Experience: one to three years related experience project-based accounting with emphasis on program finance and contract billings An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Other: Strong spreadsheet skills, time management and planning skills, written and verbal communications skills. Must possess ability to work independently and within the team to meet deadlines and prepare responses with a high degree of accuracy. Must be highly organized, detail orientated, proactive, resourceful and able to exercise sound judgment.
