Objetivo del cargo

Dar soporte en funciones administrativas y contables al área de finanzas.

Funciones Principales

• Facturación en SAP en coordinación con SBS Bethlehem / SBS Cham
• Factura electrónica a través del portal local
• Informes y análisis de RIH (Revenue in Hand)
• Revisión y aplicación de retención de impuestos (Detracciones de clientes)
• Emisión de órdenes de compra locales para proveedores
• Elaboración y reporte de cuentas por cobrar
• Mantenimiento de datos de clientes en SAP
• Carga y seguimiento de facturas en portales de clientes
• Generación de facturas intercompany

Requisitos

• Estudiante de los últimos ciclos
• Nivel de Inglés Medio
• Manejo del Paquete Office
• Deseable conocimiento en SAP
